Cheers buddy, bought from my local supermarket, it's the standard slip we get here in the u.k. for this movie although it is getting harder to find these slips there's still some kicking around, I understand the u.s. have the same as this (not sure it's embossed) and they also have another version.
Yep, US have two slips for this movie, and one of these are almost the same. But to be honest, the UK one is looking better
