Besides the slipcover, the collector's edition has the bonus "Making of" and "Interviews with screenwriters" features.

A side note - the store manager told me due to the upcoming closing of BB stores, they were told to "clean out" their warehouses (back of the store). So who knows what they have back there

Small mistake on my part after checking the BB online - both titles are scheduled for release next Tuesday, April 24th. My BB store must have just unloaded everything from their warehouse. Funny thing was that the register went ahead and processed both for purchase without any problems. So YMMV...

Yes, and they only have 9 stores in all of Quebec. 6 out of them are too far from here so can't check for anything 
Walmart at Christmas time had tons of them. I was going to pick it up but decided against it. Glad it isn't too rare because I was just about to kick myself lol.
