Yes it is, and it's trade wide, which means you can get it from amazon.ca for example.
Yes Clerks was a 2008-09 release, and all those releases are hard to find with slipcovers. But Clerks is one of those underrated slips that people don't really consider "rare", but it is hard to find.
Got these in a trade. Can't wait to get them.

i was down in L.A. this weekend visiting my parents. i found some time to slip away
. i got to check out used dvd stores: amoeba in hollywood and second spin.
i am enjoying hunting down used blu-rays. i may not get the best condition, but i am finding some stuff that i haven't seen in the retail stores
i picked up an extra copy of clerks if anyone is interested. just pm me.

That's the enjoyment for me, is the unknown. Not knowing if you are going to find something real rare, or one of those slips that keep slipping though your fingers. Awesome haul by the way.
