Me likey! Is the German one embossed/debossed? Hoping for the poster artwork, similar to amaray but somehow different... would be a shame to just copy the German one!
Yay ! glad to see this one come around in a UK play.com release. Its unfair that some of the steels are being sold for $$$$ by vampires on ebay (*cough batman begins*) .. i''m just hoping that amazon.co.uk will do a triple white steelbook release with batman begins, the dark knight and the dark knight rises when it comes out 
offcourse would love if someone did a Groupbuy for this along with bad boys, black hawk down and golden eye

Dont understand why ebay gets such a bad rap members of this forum sell there rare steelbooks here for around the same price as ebay.

I have always wanted a Zombieland Steelbook, but wasn't willing to pay the ridiculous amount for the German one! Thanks Play.com, just ship to Australia and I will love you!
All in all, this is great news for:
- people who missed on the German release
- new collectors
- people who love the movie and want to double/triple dip (me included)
To be honest, I love the fact that Play.com is releasing plenty of classic steelbooks for dirt cheap, giving new collectors a chance to add fantastic movies to their collections without having to cough up a lot of money! The artwork is always different than the previous releases and sometimes even better than the original ones!
The only reason why anybody should be pissed off is because they are so many good steels and it hurts the wallet! But heh, this is definitely NOT a hobby for everybody

hopefully they'll come up with something different to the amazon.de steelbook, but if it is the same it'll be good for people who don't own the original edition.
I would be reasonably happy if they went with the design from the placeholder (in the OP). Give it the Thor treatment and it would look great. I hope that wasn't just reserved for the Iron Man films though and will actually be used for a couple of the more anticipated films such as this one.
probably through the Group Buys hosted by members that are within Play's shipping districts.
Once you get to thirty posts you can access the Steelbook Group Buy section and score some of the awesome Play titles through helpful members like Masterblaster and Surfury.
