I hear so much about Hermes that I have to ask. Is this purely a UK problem? I don't think we have them here and anything from play I have recived has come through regular post and never would they leave a package outside on the doorstep or behind some bins, like most of the stories I've heard about on this forum.

Same here, but my tracking for Hermes has only just changed to hub trailer via sorter so it's not looking good for me. So i hope postie brings me my Warner steels today for something to watch tonight.

Mine just says it with Hub delivery sorter. It's lucky I'm not desperate for this, but I never had this problem when Royal Mail just delivered them through the letter box

this is the slowest i have ever experienced. i have always had my orders on the saturday and a few on the monday (release date).
