I'm especially glad this one has had a steelbook release. The previous Blu-ray and 4k artworks were both very average I felt. Front and back art on this is much better.

The old 4k has a really nice front, probably the best of both the older blu ray and this new Film Vault.
I didn't like the back art then, so passed on it.
Interested to see how this one turns out.
Hopefully they come in a gloss or solid matte finish. Not sure a zero finish would suit any of these releases.

I'll be (happily) shocked if any of these are gloss lol I'd say a bit of spot gloss, if we're lucky, but there's no titles for WB to spot

Not sure a zero finish would suit any of these releases.

I think 'zero finish' is the 'bare minimum' these require, as they're more deeply colored. Matte would make the blackness of space grey, like a sunburned road sign in Texas.

Judging by the photo's and the big box editions. I think it's pretty much guaranteed these won't be gloss but I hope I'm wrong.

we know practically nothing about the print run or individual allocation the retailers received..

since blade runner and jaws sold out quickly at zavvi/hmv, but are still around at amazon, its likely imo that zavvi and hmv just didnt get that many to begin with

actually amazon shows how many they sold of each edition.. so yeah, theyre not necessarily selling like hot cakes.. zavvi/hmv probably got like 100-200 each (mind you hmv is uk based only)

In terms of selling out before the others, I would think HMV and Zavvi got the same number of each edition.
On Zavvi, its sold out before Scarface, Goodfellars and Shawshank which surprises me.
They will have got more than 100-200 each tbh.
