I can confirm that US release of Fall (2022) 4K UHD disc is locked to region A.
Loading the disc in a region B UHD player displayed a screen with helpful (
) information "Mismatch between disc and player region codes. See disc packaging for details."
Switching the player to region A obviously solved this issue.
