Nope haven't received anything for any of my additions. Unfortunately the negative of the FA GB's is it's pot luck as to when it's your turn to have your copy posted

Indeed, tbf I think priority is given to those who maybe have a back log of orders that have been waiting to ship (because of the shipping costs some opt to store up 3 or 4 orders and have them all ship out at once)

I thought that was the case too, but I have three other items waiting to join with E3, and I haven't received an invoice yet, either.

Maybe it's based on how old the oldest of your backlog items is. The oldest of the three I put on hold is either The Birds or Three Billboards, can't remember which came first. But then again, he may not have enough time to be that systematic about it.

There may be other reasons why this may happen. I believe many of those who have had their copies shipped like me is simply because this was combined with a previous release. So when we paid shipping invoice for that prior release, we essentially paid combined shipping for this as well. I combined this with Gladiator and just recently got a shipped notice.

In every shipping invoice I've ever received for FA editions, the instructions always say not to pay any shipping until you get the invoice for the last item you want included in the shipment. So you're saying that you, and apparently others, went against these instructions and paid the shipping for multiple items including one that had not yet been released and for which the shipping invoice has not yet been sent?

Also my invoice delivery has not yet been received but it is to important admit that the copies are safe
