I got an email from Karel for the shipping for my E2. I was expecting an invoice. Are Filmarena GB shipping charges done via eMail or should I wait for/expect an invoice?

This is my first FAC GB so I’m not sure, I haven’t received anything yet. I only know that he wrote a few days ago in the Gb thread that shipping invoices go out soon.

You will get an email with instructions...be sure to read carefully. You have the option to combine with other orders or pay for shipping for one and usually mine are sent out a few days after shipping payment is received. I have 3 to ship together & am waiting on this final shipping email....Best to combine to save on shipping cost. Karel is awesome....does most of this solo...have no idea how he does it...so much time and effort and he’s been doing it for years now.

Apologies for my absence, I have put the "away" info in my signature so hopefully most have seen that I was away. Tried to answer few messages, but didnt get to all of them. But now that Im back I answered all PM queries that you had.

Karel needed to clear the backlog of older GBs before sending shipping invoices for the new ones. Now invoices for BR2049 E123 have all been sent out so hopefully you will get them soon, apologies for the wait.



Regarding the shipping quotes for XL and regular FACs / BBs:

We know it can be confusing sometimes, but Karel wants to offer the cheapest way of shipping, hence there are multiple options. I will try to make it clearer and put some note in the future regular FACs / BBs shipping invoice in case someone would like to combine them with XL FACs.

Basically when you have at least 1 XL FAC in the package you can combine 3 in total (XL FACs or regular FACs/BBs).

If you have a package with only regular FACs / BBs then you can combine 4.



In case you will have more questions feel free to PM me anytime

And yeah, I changed my name to CollectorEmtee, keeping that info in my signature for those who doesnt know yet

You need to ask for one via PM (usually the PM which carllenc will send you with a pic of the package). He host used to do it, but there was too many to send so he is doing it only upon request as not all GB members always needed one.
