Look on ebay - sometimes a difficult search but you can normally find empty Amaray cases there.

Got these today, ordered Daleks and Repo Men from Umbrella and was pleasantly surprised to receive Don't Look Now as a freebie

Decided against the Paint Can edition. This still has the 4K remastered edition of Home Alone and the superior Euro disc for Home Alone 2 (US is BD25, Euro is BD50).

This was £13 delivered from Amazon.de (shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday!)
