camcorder info. needed, please help!

I'm in the market for a camcorder. I've never used or owned one before. The qualities I would want my camcorder to have would be: can take full HD still photos, can make full HD videos, is easy to use, is very MAC compatible, is mid-priced, has a view finder, has excellent PQ, is reliable re. the issue of malfunctioning/breaking, is made with high quality materials, and will last a long time before needing to buy a whole new one.

Any suggestions??

hmm I sort of fallen out of camcoders and cameras. I would check cnet, they have tons of helpful reviews.
