Well, mine's finally arrived and thankfully, without a spine slash. I really managed to get lucky with this and Brave after seeing what others have received.

It is a gorgeous steelbook and i'm glad I finally decided to go for it.

I just received mine today and got it with a spine slash
First time that happens to me. Guess that it would be inevitable. Have sent an email to Zavvi informing about this. Wish they could send me a mint copy before I sent my slashed copy to them.
There are no guarantees that the second copy they send me won't be mint :/

I have the same thoughts as KazuyaGon, I won't return this one... cause then it might be sold out about the time they receive it. Can't let that happen.

You can always just order another now and return the original copy for a refund. That's what I did. My replacement arrived today (I only ordered it Wednesday so no complaints on that front), but unfortunately it's the same issue, slashed spine. I don't think i'll bother trying another copy

I hope you mean fair way, rather than charging them a fare for it! Lol. Although knowing Zavvi I wouldn't put it past them!!!

Yeah, I did this too. So still waiting for mine. I'm gutted for you that your second copy was the slashed too. Perhaps we should all head round to duckandrun's house; looks to have some spares for us

Zavvi's after sales service in a word is dire. Just go a whole speech about returning my disc to them via some service which is not even near me and no mention of a replacement disc on it's way. zero out of 10 for service............
Not going to waste my time. Total disaster as far as I'm concerned.

Just order another pronto,

then tell them you want to return the damaged one.

I did (mine was dented though) and sadly the replacement arrived complete with spine slash.

I just ordered a third and told them I needed to return the second.

First time ever they have asked for photos - cheeky sods, I spend thousands! Told them (honestly) I can't reduce the size at the mo.

Can someone please explain me how this collect plus label works because in collect point told me barcode is to short ( faulty) and they can't scan this . I recived Cinderella, Brave and Aviator with spine slash . After 3 more messages they sent me new label for free shipping and was completely different than first 3 labels and was good. I don't understand how I can get 3 wrong labels in a row .

Well, you can put my name on the list of those that got Cinderella with a slashed spine. The first time I've ever had this problem as even Bambi and Brave arrived unscathed.

Returned home last night after working away all week to be greeted with my copies of Bambi, Brave and Cinderella.

Fortunately, all three are in mint condition with no spine slashes or other defects - so far as I can see, anyway.

Very impressed with all three, and definitely a return to the standards set initially by the releases of Aladdin and Finding Nemo. Now, if only they could have maintained these same high standards for all their other Disney releases in-between for consistency...
