Will this be the super duper cut or the cinema Version?
As per FAs statement it should include the super duper cut too, the only difference might be 4K releases. I see the 4K amaray release of this film should be 2x 4k + 2x bd discs (super duper cut included), but FAC 4k listings says only 3 discs so they might remove one of the discs. Now the question is if the super duper cut is on a separate 2nd disc or the 2nd disc is just extras.

Asked them on FB so once they will answer we will know more.

EDIT: FA replied the listing (number of discs) is still to be updated.

Am I reading that right - all editions will have space for extra discs? Just one will be an added flip tray and the other will not have a flip try, bit space for two to be partially stacked?

Or is is just differing disc layout?

Am confused

Had to re-read it myself lol. I think the 4K version have an extra tray so they will include the 4K, Extended, and normal version, while the non 4K sets will just have the right hand side as usual for the extended/normal discs

I find FA's Boxsets in general so unappealing. Too big and bulky and most often delayed to ship (sometimes extremely lengthy delays :sleep:). I've kept my John Wick Box just cos it's JW but let go my T5 Maniacs a while back. That's where I stopped. Ridiculous sizes and just full of foam lol. I know the more recent ones have decreased in size and somewhat "improved" but the now square-type dimensions and overall look/build/finish etc seem off to me. IIRC, the special "gift" that's often included comes in a stupid oversized box as well  (thinking Wind River here). Doubt I'll ever buy another one and given the prices FA now ask for their version of a "One Click", mighty glad I'm not interested lol :stop: If there was a release I just had to own all versions for for whatever reason, I'd just buy the editions separately and thus save money by not having the silly box and likely receive my editions sooner too ;)

I agree the T5 and JW Maniacs Box were way too big. But i like the newer ones. The look good on the shelf.

And for comparison the other boxes are not much smaller:

I also agree that you have to wait much longer compared to the single editions. But for example the BF OC are always shipped weeks after the SL/DL...

So, bring on the Deadpool 2 Maniac Box :)

Yup
Maniacs box is a ridiculous waste of money for multiple copies of the same steelbook .
The only one I ever ordered was the T5 and I instantly regretted it as soon as I received it.
I wouldn't buy another one even if they release one for my most beloved movie.
