***DONNIE DARKO STOCK UPDATE***

Donnie Darko has now sold out direct via the Arrow Store! Stock is still available from Amazon and Zavvi so do try to grab your copies soon to avoid disappointment.

Shipped :woot: Can't wait for this package to arrive!
I gather you pre ordered from Arrow
Great to see they are shipping early again for customers who ordered direct as some previous releases in past few months they only started shipping orders after release date

1-2 weeks early shipping is great for customers who order direct I hope arrow keep providing this with more pre orders

There was an edition that was with the bare bones.

And the standard Keep Case comes with a Slipcover?

Yes. I cancelled some days ago with Amazon and ordered direct. With free shipping it was the same price as with Amazon for me. I only did it because of better packaging by Arrow. I added with Arrow Points "To Live and Die in LA" and "Hired Hand" for 25 GBP both :)

I got mine today! I was a little surprised as I hadn't realised it had been dispatched.

I'm going to wait until I get home before I open it up though.

Arrow knocked it out of the park once again! Unbelievable Boxset for a bargain price!

A sturdy Boxset with beautiful art, two Digipacks with 4 discs, a thick 90-100 page Hardcover Book(let), 7 art cards (printed both sides) and a print (printed both sides).
And yes, there's also a complete new 4k restoration of both cuts of the movie on a Blu-ray, with massive bonus features.

Sorry for the direct lightning, it's already dark here. The front artwork looks of course a lot better :bag:

Cancelled this, as much as I love the film, too many releases this month and I can't decide whether I am blown away by the look of this or not :meh:

What should be different or included that you would feel blown away?

For me, it's even better than I expected. Not to mention it is just 28 EUR for this massive release.

I don't know to be honest. It's just not making me think must own. I mean it's nice it's got a cinematic poster on one side and the other an image of Frank, some cards with Frank on them and then that make up Frank, Frank on the front, all same image slightly disappointing and fairly standard digipack holding discs. Hmm not sure. I was looking forward to it but with so many releases this month will need further thought. It's a good buy.
