I think bans should be handed out. There's no excuse if they've been online since the payment requests were sent out and not paying. People like this spoil it for everyone else. Charge a deposit that youlose if payment not recieved 7 days from final invoice. Yes, I'm harsh but things like this wind me up.

Considering the effort that goes in to running these GB's I think a ban is only fair, unless there's some legitimate reason for the delay in payment.

I too had to kindly request an extension simply due to PayPal jackassing me about..... (and still are FYI ). Karel and Martin were both very understanding of the situation I put to them and soon as I could pay, all my copies were paid for and debt settled I feel so bad for Karel given all that he does for us... The weight on his shoulders must be close to unbearable and this time of year just to top it off Hope all gets resolved @carllenc
