I was about to order this title on PA's site when I've read about the cloth patch being misplaced somehow on some copies and now I'm thinking about getting a slip B to avoid awakening my OCD Unfortunately they're sold out and copies on eBay are without the PA sticker. It also seens quite difficult to source copies with it as if collectors hardly part with them. So, if anyone could help me out this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to talk myself into the deluxe box. The movie, though great, has zero value for me as a rewatch. In fact, I would go so far as to say Carrol’s performance is so good it would make me want to smash my TV screen on a repeat viewing. I had slip A but sold it for decent money to a friend. My advice is to buy the box set and never open it

I would chance the slip A. You could email PA beforehand to make sure the patch is affixed correctly. They are fantastic to deal with.
