I purchased Tomb Raider from Future Shop today and in return, I received this brand new, sealed exclusive SteelBook. Being that it's a G1 SteelBook, I have no interest in owning it. Since that's the case, I've decided to give it away to one lucky forum member.

In order to enter, all you have to do is reply below with the name of the actress of who you think should play Lara Croft in the eventual Lara Croft: Tomb Raider remake. You receive a bonus entry if you add a photo and explain why you think that actress is best suited for the role.

The winner must cover shipping costs, but I will cover the cost of the handling and shipping supplies.

And a great question too... I was literally just discussing who should play Lara Croft with someone yesterday.

I'm split between Hayley Atwell (Captain America)...

And Gemma Arterton (Prince of Persia)...

Mainly because they're both British and actually look like Lara Croft. I also think Olivia Wilde could possibly pull it off if they were to go with an American, as she's a superb actress and deserves a big lead role such as this IMO.

Sorry if choosing three is cheating, but I couldn't decide! I also love all the other suggestions in this thread by the way.

Too many actresses think that in order to be a badass, you have to be unpleasant. There is no distinction between "strong" and "*****" (see Kate Bosworth in Superman Returns). Eliza knows how to do that. It's a rare gift in Hollywood these days.
