For the longest these have been hit and miss in my stores. They also have a good amount of interest in slip cover collectors.

So.... This thread is for those looking for Gold Academy Awards and for those to report which ones are available in their area to assist others.


I got lucky and today scored the Inglourious Basterds last one at one my stores.

Right now I can get my hands on only Training Day & Cinderella Man if anyone is looking for them.

What's the condition of the slip?? I found one copy with slip at my Fry's too but the slipcover was all screwed up.

I was in a FYE in Virginia the other day and I saw this:

I didn't know there was an alternate Academy Award line. I assumed it was a UK release but the UK Megathread doesn't have anything listed for Traffic. Anyone know where this is from, and if there is a whole series of blue-and-white AA slips? Just curious.

Does anyone have a There Will Be Blood slip they would be willing to part with? I don't collect the gold slipcovers (though I do have a Babel), but it is one of my favorite films.
