Yes Matt, it is regular practice; can only charge VAT if you are resident.
Same as with US purchases for us, we get away without paying taxes there - except with Amazon (in my experience) , who always charge full price

Really? That is soooo wrong; bad as Amazon.I dare say it is actually illegal, but they know full well most people can't afford/be bothered to sue them.

Received mine a couple days ago and I'm really happy with it.
The postcards are black on the back with the title in white on it. The pictures are also featured in the photobook. Also I assume that each edition will feature different postcards, since mine differ from the official pictures.

I doubt that you'll get this one for a reasonable price now. Just found it on ebay for 85€. In my opinion that's just insane... and somehow understandable

And yeah - based on what this edition looks like, that amount almost seems reasonable
