Just got my Best Buy IP Man Trilogy delivered, has slight spine slash and will exchange it when its released in stores. Nice embossing of "IP MAN" logo on front cover and obvious rectangle on front cover.
Damn, that came early. I'm planning on picking it up in store on Tuesday.
Look for the obvious spine slash and dents. Mine came in a cardboard bag/ envelope
.Yeah, eta was Monday, but it came early for some reason. Was shipped on Thursday from Kentucky.

The orders you are trying to cancel, are they just one order on it's own or with another item in a deal or with a discount code?

Yeah that is odd then, you should be fine but maybe there is an issue they are trying to fix.

I'm just waiting for their action now I have the item and a discount, but this is the first time it happened. I think they have a glitch on their website and since it happened during the weekend, they will probably fix it tomorrow
But I send a cancellation request via their customer service, just to be safe
