I don't have that French disc, but I can assure you that it is the full cut, don't pay attention to the rating, France is just more laxist than Germany.

For instance, Blue is the Warmest Color was rated 'unadvised for kids under 12' (18 in the UK, NC-17 in the US), recenty 50 Shades of Brown was also rated 'unadvised for kids under 12', etc.

French Menu (but easy to understand, really).
No forced subs, EXCEPT when they are speaking Russian. Then the subs are forced French for the Russian. (Sounds like I'm describing making a freakin' hoagie!!)
