Mine also got dispatched. I'm really worried about the Zavvi packaging. I received 3 packages this week (Robin Hood, Alice and Pinocchio), with no protection at all. Some how only Pinocchio arrived damaged. I have emailed Zavvi and their response was: partial refund of 15%. What a joke!!!!

Ordering from Zavvi is like doing a scratch off. You win some you lose some.

Complain more, ask to return and then when they say it costs 3 billion for return shipping, you say no and seem disappointed. I think they gave me like a 25% refund in the end, but I still have this dinged up steelbook.

Some people buy from ebay which you know are mostly undamaged pristine copies

Also we need that Dispatched emoticon, cause dispatched!

I still can't figure how they sell on ebay. Even if you don't see any obvious damage even when sealed the cardboard slip prevents you from seeing any damage on the back so buying a sealed copy from ebay is still a risk. At least a opened one that's been checked is 100% more reliable.

Mine got dispatched, I got 3 packages today (Hercules, Pinocchio, and Brave) in the A1 cardboard with real bubble wrap, except Pinocchio which came with the foam, but all were in excellent conditions. I'm not that worried if they keep on using real bubble wrap on the packages, but that will not protect then from a heavy box on top of them :/

mulan just arrived, in the a1 cardboard envelope. Some bossing on the sword, title and boarder frame. I also got a nightmare before xmas from ebay just now, (£15 delivered) and that arrived in a zavvi white box, lol
