I saw that prodigy1985 had done a list 6 months back regarding David Lynch movies but it only had a few films on it. I'm a huge Lynch fan and would like to see at least 10 movies in steelbook form but that's just me.

The reason I'm polling in one thread is so I don't clutter up this forum with lots of threads.

Personally I would like to see Twin Peaks (tv series) at least get a steelbook release followed by Mulholland Drive, Blue Velvet and Wild at Heart.

What do you think?

The Mulholland Drive Studio Canal digibook is quite good - though I think for any of these I'd want some thoughtful/different images for the steelbooks from the usual of rehashing the poster or copying the amarays. Something like the cowboy in Mulholland Drive, or Frank Booth when he's singing Roy Orbison for Blue Velvet

I agree the artwork needs to be different.

From Blue Velvet I'd love to have Dean Stockwell as inside or back artwork from that living room singing into the mechanics torch scene. It still sends shudders down my spine.

The Cowboy or The Man Behind The Diner would be awesome for Mulholland Drive.

i would like any of his movies, just crazy there is not a single lynch steel out yet.

I too am flabbergasted by no Lynch Steels, but i really hope too that they don't put a collection out like the Kubrick ones. Both directors offer an such an individual eye in modern cinema and I would like to see this reflected in some Steelbooks to honour them. In other words, give the Steelbook design and art and production to some passionate artists not to some distributors looking for a quick grab.

i would love a collection from arrow or eureka

That movie is SOOOOO good. It's breaks my heart in the same way Pixar's UP does every single time.

Why is Fire Walk With Me not on the poll?

Not sure why it isnt. It's been so long since I set this up.

Totally agree. I got the Masters of Cinema Touch of Evil yesterday and it felt quality along with the booklet. Something like that would be great. Above all I'd love the Twin Peaks series to be released in steel especially with Black Lodge artwork.
