Hi guys-as a huge fan of 'Alien', and as I did for 'Alien' when I first came to HDN a few years ago, I am starting this one now.

Basically I will compile any sets, limited eds, Steels, etc in this thread so you can see as many as possible in the OP. We'll still have separate threads for each ed as we have now, but this is sort of a 'compilation' thread where anyone can contribute.

Please post with any eds you find and I will add those I find, as well. I will add them to the OP, leading up to the release of the film. Thanks all in advance for your contributions

Ripclaw-I am guessing it's simply a money grab by the studio to sell more BD discs of Avatar and pump up price of set....

Ha Ha, have to confess I've pretty much started already too! What do you think to the announced running times of Prometheus? 1 hour and 59 minutes for me feels like it could be too short , although the extended cut which will run 17 minutes longer will give an extra incentive (as if we needed it) when it gets a home release i guess...

Thanks, DB! I personally loved this film and can't wait to own it! Then again, I'm kinda bias since it takes place in the Alien universe.

I had already pre-ordered the Prometheus SteelBook from PLAY.com when the Evolution CE appeared on Amazon.co.uk. I promised myself I wouldn't buy the Alien films another time, especially so soon after buying the Alien Quadrilogy SteelBook and Egg CE, but I eventually caved in! I'm actually glad that I did, as this is perhaps one of the best Blu-Ray CE's I have in my collection, and the presentation is fantastic, as is the quality of this set!

No doubt I'll end up buying these films yet another time in the near future...

DB.. Any updates on new releases??

I'm trying to get them all.. I've got all the currently released steels, the French digi on order and I'm working on the FNAC edition.

Also got a deal in place for the French lenticular release in October

Got some merchandise on the way from promos and sdcc and I've just got the art book..

Oh and I've got one of the Mondo prints too!

I've just had to buy a new display case tonight.. I'm running out of space!!
