Hi folks, as we all know, this forum has had a continuing problem with one particular guy that keeps coming back to this forum in an attempt to get collectibles or steelbooks for free. 
The trading moderators and staff members would like to REMIND all group buy hosts that when sending items overseas to new members or members that you do not know - if you receive a regular paypal payment, please protect yourself.
As a group buy host, steps you can take to insure there are no problems with your transaction:
1) Obtain recorded delivery of the package. For high value packages, this NOT only includes tracking, but also signature.
2) Retain any mailing receipts and proof of postage
3) Insure high value packages against loss or damage
4) Reminder: you can ask a buyer to pay for fees, if it is INCLUDED in the overall cost.
You can also contact digitalbabe, Wreck, or myself for more hints and tips about how to protect yourself, the seller, when shipping any item abroad (from your location).
We'd also like to ask that if you see any suspicious behavior from any of your group buy participants, please contact us as well.
