Actually, it's a combination of the two original posters. They took Eric Roberts from Poster 01 and the middle part (the locomotive, the sky, the shards) from Poster 02.

Got the Runaway Train Cover A yesterday. Really a nice mediabook! Love how the interior art has a connection to the booklet cover.

The finish is also very interesting: partial irregular gloss creates an "ice" effect on the cover and makes a rather interesting haptic experience.
