It would appear that Nova's site is not the only one to need some fine tuning.

Made my request and assumed it had been posted but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. Fortunately, I was still in time to make a further request which did succeed.

Given the number of double posts, it seems that I was not the only one to have had problems.
