Its Cardboard Packaging that folds out with Artwork with the Blu-ray Discs inside

No I have never bought one and started noticing them about 1 month ago...

so why digipack if there is blu-rays included ?

But with my KIMCHI Exclusive, i don't have any of these dijipack correct ???

how is the #2 the Numbering Digipack, numbered ? is it with a same type of numbering card like the exclusive box that looks similar ? if we don't open our box, how do we know we are not sent one of those digipack by mistake they look the same.

It's getting great reviews, holding a 90% on RT..it's a sci-fi movie so it might not be everyone's cup of tea? However if you like sci-fi I feel this is a perfect movie to blind buy, just because of the great reviews.

This looks like the same exact Steel as Type A Exclusive Kimchi, so that means that kimchi's steels of Snowpiercers are WEA also ??? ...so other countries will have different steels ?

I don't understand your questions. All the different kimchi editions type a,b and c all have the same steelbook design as this but just with different packaging like slipcovers etc.

French and italian steelbooks each have different unique artwork. In fact italy has the best artwork imo.
