my upload sucks
this was wireless too. might be a tad faster with direct connection
I'm running wireless as well. Only using a G connection though.
your speed can vary depending on the time and usage by peeps in your area. At times I can reach 18-19 down and 2 up sometimes I get 9-10 down. I'll do the test later tonight.
Yeah on cable it can vary, because they share the speeds, where as FIOS is supposed to be constant and why they are pushing it. Just wanted to see what everyone was using, and see if they actually get what they pay for.

Well this was testing at 5:30 PM, so I guess there is more traffic then, but perhaps that's why my brother is always yelling when he plays COD

on download, not upload. Upload is the most important for video games, because on MW2 if you are the leader of a 6 man team you will be the host 9/10.
I'd buy something different.. lol. Would say cell phone service, but you can't get unlimited broadband cards anymore.
I wish I could buy something else. This is it. Only this one option. And, I have to pay like $50/month for that crap.
