They were definitely all the same-I think perhaps only the title was different, for Germany, and maybe some others. My German Ed has the Title in German, but the background was the same.

No blue banner on top of the Dutch, Taiwanese, or French versions. I think the German version was the odd one of the bunch.

Yep, you're right - the only real difference for the German one was the title...and I think....wasn't the ratings logo printed? Can't remember for sure on that one.
