The Avengers SteelBook Collection - What do you Have?

Comon man its got nothin to do with being a "comic geek" ...not just picking on your post as there are other nubcake replies here, but jeeeez, don't ppl pay attention when watching movies these days? :watch:

I mean how hard is to miss a 10ft logo at the start of a movie? lol

Marvel, DC, its all the same to me. And I don't pay attention to a 10ft logo, because I never see them at the theater and could care less.

same here, some I know it's MArvel but also don't see the posters and in the post had written non Marvel releases thinking they were... but for me that is not important and same here never go to the theatre watch them at home... it's way too expensive to see the movie in AVX, and with today's technology with the TV's and players I don't feel the need to go to have my seat kicked, seeing cellphones lite and all the distraction, prefer watching it comfortable at home and no driving, no wasted times and affordable snacks :)

fantastic four on IMDB states not Marvel but Marv Film same as Kick-Ass which just learned is Not MArvel and the thread is Avengers Movies, not MArvel movies...

Glad I'm not the only one got off topic :hilarious:

Fantastic four is 100% marvel, not part of the avengers movie universe because the movie rights are owned by fox but it is marvel

Also only the 2015 fantastic four is being done by marv films. As its being produced by matthew vaughen who also done kickass, marv films is his company.

so why on IMDB Production Company is ''Marv Films'' same as Kick-As which I was told is not a ''Marvel film'', doesn't have the Marvel beginning intro I was told.

Well Marvel have made it easier to identify a Marvel Studios Movie from now on(since Thor: The Dark World as this was their first self financed movie without another studio attached e.g. paramount). If it has the big Marvel Logo and Fanfare at the start it's a Marvel Studios movie (aka part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe), if it just has the flicker comic book it's not a Marvel Studios Film (aka not part of the cinematic universe, like X-Men or Fantastic Four). Obviously older movies this rule doesnt apply (as Iron Man and Avengers 1 use the flicker comic book)

So yea if you are looking for a Avengers Universe / Marvel Cinematic Universe Movie from now on, look out for the big fanfare at the start.

Marvel Studios = Their own movie studios, self financed etc.

Movies like Fantastic Four / X-men etc are technically Marvel Movies just not part of the Universe that Marvel Studios own.

Marv Films is a different company than Marvel

Marv Films (also known as Marv or MARV) is a UK-based production company owned by Matthew Vaughn.

But a co-production is stated...

Yes marv is not marvel, marv films is a production company owned by Matthew Vaughen the guy who produced kick ass and who is also producing FF 2015, like stated by other people marvel/doesn't own the movie rights for FF hence why its not produced by them. But the marbel logo is still present at the start of the movie, same as spiderman and xmen
