The Blu-ray discs are on a center hub inside and on occasion the disc may become dislodged during transit. Blu-ray discs are much more scratch resistant than standard DVDs so rarely will it become scratched affecting playback. All Steelbooks are sold with the disc on the center hub unless noted. The item can not be returned because of a dislodged disc or tiny ding you found using magnifying glass.***
