Iron Man 2 G1 Amazon Japan Steelbook. As far as I know, this was released in a limited quantity of 2.500 copies only.

Are you talking about the Amazon.de exlusive with tattoo, or the subsequent steel release? If the latter, I have seen them from $75+ If the former, $450 and up.

region locked, it's a beauty though. I dunno, $50-60 average the region locking turned a lot away though back in the past.

The first German edition? I would say normally around $50, but I saw an auction just closed at $39 recently.
