No brainer, Patricia Arquette. Was amazing seeing her transition over the years.

I voted Patricia Arquette because she was sooooo amazing in Boyhood, but from what I've heard about Wild, Laura Dern is pretty damn incredible in her role, too. I say it should go to one of them, though we all know of the hard-on the Academy has for Meryl Streep.
