Managed to get an order in on time, but had no confirmation e-mail. I go into my account with Zavvi and it shows the order plus order number, but still no e-mail like I have had in the past. Are Zavvi not doing confirmation e-mails now?

I'm in the same position, managed to get a pre-order for this, Dumbo, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp and Alice in Wonderland and didn't get a single confirmation email either! Like you, mine show up in my account on Zavvi, just no email - odd!

Glad it wasn't just me! I wonder as well as having no call centres now to take queries, that they no longer send confirmation e-mails. Cost cutting in more ways than one!!!!!!

Some members have reported e-mails being sent to 'spam' or 'junk folders' (like discount codes, etc). Perhaps they are in there...just a suggestion.

For some reason som of their e mails go to spam n other not, that's why when I hear some one talking about the codes and if I don't get them I know for sure they are on the spam section..also if I have an order pending with them I just check once a day my account for any update...it works for me!

Hey Tono, I've seen e-mail providers handle things differently depending on different keywords in the subject as well. Try adding the e-mail address from which the order confirmations and other notices are coming from to your allowed senders list, or set 'never send to spam', etc. There are many variables, but I've found e-mails from all kinds of retailers in the wrong folder or in junk. Good luck!

Would have loved for this to be gloss because of the red... but will certainly be matte like the others. I'm more afraid though of the red being orange-ish...Still no sign of inside and back artwork. Is it a sign we will have nothing like little mermaid and jungle book?

And if it's debossed/embossed like all the others, the border will cut right through the ears/heads. So alltogether you can say, that some people will be really pleased with this release.

All the Disney titles do. I have lost any confidence in Zavvi respecting what the customers want and doing what is obvious.

Wreck it Ralph, Little Mermaid, Jungle Book, Panes, Aladdin, Fantasia have all had embossed boarders...I don't see them bucking that trend. It is the only thing consistent with this collection so far.

That and the fact it never is the same colour as on the pic!! I don't know about anyone else, but the quality of the steel has got cheaper also. Very thin and easily dented.
