I think they had issues last year-wasn't there some drama where they had to try to make up for a bunch of orders they didn't fill? I had hoped they fixed that. Or maybe between all the forums and deal sites they just got slammed...not sure...

They did. I think they wound up giving people reward zone certs because they wound up cancelling a bunch of stuff. We can't even check out though at the moment to even get something on backorder lol!

I got an order to go through but the site is saying that the tax calculation system is down. I checked my order in the order history section and it says order id is invalid.

Are they issuing the RZ for the people that tried to order as a reimbursement or giving away RZ to all silver members???

T-they did this last year, and news outlets this year reported that the site had crashed. I am not sure what they will do this year.

got in at 11, ordered my wd 2tb hard drive. Saw the site was slowing so I put that order in. Then the site crashed. So I called the premier number to get my other stuff since it says online or over the phone. The woman put me through to this guy who was in the process of ordering me the items. After 55 minutes on the phone, wherein I had to find the skus and give him my information he's ready to finally process the order and when he goes to try and process it he says the system isn't working and I have to call later and attempt it later on.

I was so pissed, finally when the site came back I missed all of the movies I wanted.

It looks like my earlier order is in process so that is good, but I did call and complain about them wasting an hour of my time. The woman said she was going to issue me a certificate.

I mean its not her fault the site sold out, but really an hour wasted on the phone with some guy is really annoying
