never heard of this movie :(
It's a horror twist on the story of the Dutch Santa Claus, Sinterklaas. It's a bout a vengeful bisshop who was killed by villagers on one of his plundering rampades. When the moon is full on the fifth of December (the date he was killed in 1492), Zombie-Klaas is out killing again.

Pretty spectacular movie for Dutch standards, but mediocre compared to Hollywood ofcourse. Script isn't that great either. Some good scares though :)

Only possible solution is: Double dip. Buy the Dutch steelbook if you like it, and buy in Germany, France or in UK (only on DVD it seems) the movie with the title: Saint.

Audio and subs are unknown.

Yes, it's also possible that they thought there would not be as much of an international appeal for a smaller niche film, and thus didn't want to spend the money on English subs (common if budgets are tight). I am not familiar with the film, but love exploring international cinema. If you love the cover, I guess you could what has been suggested-research a BD that has English language, and if none are available, hope that there will be, once you purchase this. Nice red cover!

I may just have to double-dip as suggested. I really like the cover art on this. Double and even triple dipping sometimes gets pretty expensive though. I've done it enough with French Steelbooks that have forced French subs on them.
