there were 2 canadian releases, i have the version with 2 discs, AND ..... inside artwork.
i think the difference is in the banner. with blue banner = 2 disc, without blue banner = 1 disc.
but i would choose inside art over bonus disc any day. i seldom watch the bonus discs. i dont mind half an hour of interetsing extras, but bonus content for the sake of it bores me.
if i have 2 hours spare i would watch another film, not a bonus disc of last nights film.

I thought this was the same design as the 2nd Canadian release, but it's not as the actors credits are at the very top of the steelbook on that one. So this one is the same as the 1st release but the Blu-banner has been removed. Looks kind of retarded with that gap at the top.
