i received 4 steels from zavvi today, and 3 were dented... so maybe it's good that i have 4 copies of "3:10..." incoming.
but i cannot do this with all their exclusives, order 4 copies to get 1 mint copy.

Wow, that's really unlucky, sorry to hear that my copy arrived earlier and from the quick glance I gave it at work earlier today, looked to be fine.

I've only ever once had a (slightly) damaged Steelbook from Zavvi, I've actually had more damaged steelbooks from Amazon UK (5 so far) than I have them

Maybe the postal service here are more careful about now bashing things? Who knows.

i had 3 or 4 damaged steelbooks (out of maybe 100 or more) from them in approx. 1 year, before they switched to the A1 cardboard sleeves. from then on i got 6 damaged out of 15.


and i cannot and won't blame the post man for not being careful with the envelopes, how he is supposed to know that there's an ultra limited collector's item in it.

Normally it isn't necessary to upload a photo. Go to your Account. Then to Account History. You have to search the ordered steelbook und then you're able to tell them what happend.

Unfortunately this one is sold out, so you will get only the a refund.

Besides of your bad luck, that's not only the fault of the delivery sercive. Zavvi should change their packaging very soon.

First time I got a badly dinged up Steel from Zavvi even with their ****** packaging. I've received about 10-15 steels so far in their ****** mailer, and this one was finally the one that got screwed up. It has a HUGE ding right on The top middle of the front of the steelbook.

I sent a claim through Zavvi with picture. I'll see what happens.
