Steelbook & Limited Editions Number 1s - Who's Got What?

Ever since being lucky enough to get a '#1' I have been intrigued to know who else has been the lucky recipient of one too.

Just to be clear, a limited number 1 isn't referring to a condition with the bladder more common with pensioners . It is the first of a numbered run of Steelbooks (or other collectables) which is held in high regard by many collectors as the number to get.

So I figured I'd put a thread together so that anyone who owns a '#1' can shout about it and share their joy
