Booklet in the new mockup is no longer a hardcover horizontal book - too bad.

Definitely need all of them in such VHS style slips! Imagine them all lined up together! Won't be sad I didn't get those German mediabooks then...
Only snag with that is the collector's edition box looks pretty wide, the whole series like that would be a huge chunk of shelf space.

It's definitely going to be hdr lol look at the silver strip of info.
Well... I've looked at the back, where all the details are, where SHOULD had been said HDR after the resolution, before the Atmos sound.
The info strip you mention, I believe is just the `default` one, for all the disks.
Really hope there's just a missing part of information (the HDR mention in the specs), or, then that `info strip` is not quite what it should be there.

I take it you had never heard or see any 4K UHD without HDR before...

...still lol?

WB don't tend to do that now, say hdr10, or use the basic hdr logo. The standard info strip tells you all you need to know, that there is hdr. WB only specifically add logos for HDR10+ and DV.

Yes, I've had discs without HDR, but 1 they don't have that strip, and 2 they're very few and far between. I don't believe WB have released a single SDR UHD come to think of it. Don't fret it.

It's the same as previously shown that the UK SteelBook has the original poster art
The previous UK mock up image posted in the thread on Tuesday post#49 showed the front of SteelBook had the original poster art and Rigid Slipcase was using front and back artwork of the USA SteelBook

Did you not read post #70

The new updated mock I posted to the thread added the inside and back artwork of the UK SteelBook

The Setpember 30 release date I previously posted confirmed.

Zavvi and HMV has that date listed and they are using previous mock up at the moment.

HDR is the main reason why I buy 4K, or I don't think I'd bother, especially movies finished in only 2K.
On many titles, particularly those made between say 2003 and 2018 with 2K DIs, it is the main selling point for sure. There are exceptions, where the resolution gains defy logic, but they'd still be lessoned without HDR.

Looks good, booklet is now showing as a hardback again, the numbered element appears to be a numbered card, so 4000 copies of this. The Turkish poster is a bit of an odd inclusion..:cautious:

Seems to be sold out at HMV all of a sudden.. Once retailers let customers know about the art, it'll be pretty popular..
