Info regarding missing Audio Track at Flicker Alley site and Disc Replacement Form:

*Confirmed: No need to send back the original disc*

Dear Flicker Alley Customer: Please note that one of the bonus feature audio options on the Blu-ray disc of our limited SteelBook edition -- A Trip to the Moon in B&W Audio Option 1, featuring Robert Israel's orchestral score and the original English narration written by Georges Melies -- is currently missing its narration track and only features Robert Israel's orchestral score. As such, all Blu-ray discs shipped at this time will be with this orchestral score only configuration.

This only affects the Blu-ray disc of this set. The DVD disc in this publication contains the correct audio for this bonus feature.

We are currently in the process of remastering and remanufacturing a Blu-ray disc which will have the correct audio option for this particular bonus feature, and will make it available by request to customers who fill out our on-line Disc Replacement Form below.

Please complete the following form with as much of your original order information as possible (to verify your purchase) and we will contact you once the replacement discs have been manufactured and are ready for shipment.

Flickeralley is out of stock!

I emailed them asking for the replace disc and they told me that the last releases have that problem fixed.

I also ask if they have more avaliable for some friends and they told me I was lucky to get one of the last in stock.

Since we are rehashing old threads (G1 SDCC SuckerPunch) I am going to bump one of my favorite 2012 steels.

This hands down has my vote. I know no interior but considering the movie and the booklet and the product and this was a G2 US steelbook before the US factory opened this one was a favorite

I unfortunately missed this on release, but just managed to land one used on the 'bay.

I have a question for owners: is there any way to tell easily at a glance if the disc is the original or the replacement? Or I just have to play it & see if the score & narration work properly?

The discs look the same, you just have to play it.

This is my first and only grail steelbook for which I must have had a crazy moment given how much it cost me on the 'bay!

It's still sealed in its factory wrapping - and here's where it gets better. It was sold WITH the replacement disc in a paper envelope so I was able to watch the whole thing and STILL keep it sealed! So with an empty case lying around and a printer I made my own (crudely designed I admit) cover to house the loose disc.

I never sent off for my replacement disc, I wonder what just the replacement disc would run me since I already have the steelbook

A friend of mine mentioned this movie on Facebook and it really got me wanting this steel...

Why couldn't I have started collecting a year earlier!
