Per Twice Electronics News:

Lakeside, Mich. – ABC Warehouse is the first dealer in its trading area to carry LG’s 84-inch Ultra High-Definition Cinema 3D smart TV.
The 4K display had a soft launch at the Midwest chain’s Detroit metro-area store, here, where it sold nine of the $17,000 models without the benefit of advertising.

The 84LM9600 will formally go on display at the store at 6 p.m. tonight, where LG representatives will conduct demos and giveaways of a Blu-ray player, 3D home-theater system, and 42-inch and 60-inch TVs.
“We have always taken pride in being able to offer our customers products that are on the cutting edge of what’s available on the market,” said ABC president/CEO Martin Hartunian. “We are excited to be the first to unveil LG’s new Ultra HD Cinema 3D smart TV in our region. This product will create a home entertainment experience like no other.”
ABC sells CE, majap and mattresses out of 43 big-box stores throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

The 84LM9600 was introduced at the 2012 International CES and made its retail debut in October, followed by rollouts to Abt and Micro Center in January.
