It has that thingies (hats, cups, etc.) painted with white gloss ink on the front side, but that cannot be seen in photos.
Otherwise, the steelbook is rather ugly.
I think it's a pretty cool looking steelbook (the front anyways). It does have the tragic flaw the most (all?) German steelbooks have, a printed j-card on the back!

Here it is. The same spot gloss is on the back, and it's even on the spine, but the front is where it looks best. To capture it, I angled the steelbook one way, scanned, angled it the opposite way, scanned, and then worked those two together.
The rainbowish effect on the spot gloss areas is how my scanner processed the light reflecting off the gloss, and how far or near the scanner bed it was. The actual spots are white glossy.
After a little bit of photoshopping, some angles, and of course patience...
