just got email saying they canceled my order for Alice in wonderland
they also said as a goodwill gesture they are providing a discount code for 0%
and then stated here is the code:
as you can guess they left a blank after the code.
how ridiculous. and i only ordered one copy not like I was ordering 5+ or even 2 copies

I got the same thing. I wonder if it was automatically generated. Like after so many delayed emails the system generates the cancelled email?

I hope this wasn't cancelled as I'm trying to keep the Disney line going.

Everyone gets this email we have been getting it for months now
Its because the original release date was March

Release date is June 30th

You get this email every week until its released

This is not the regular delayed apology email, this is cancellation.

I get the weekly delayed email, but this morning i have also had the cancelled order email!! But if i go to the site and check my account its still there on order:smb:

But the order number relates to Alice. Checked my account and it's still there.
