That's awful, mine still hasn't arrived (i think it may be lost for good)and its out of stock now so I can't reorder.

Push zavvi for a full refund and tell them you're going to keep the damaged copy until which time its back in Stock so you can re order with your refunded money. Thats what I would do anyway. Bloody zavvi.. I hope everyone with even the slightest damage to their steelbooks complain so they start losing money and make them revert back to the white boxes where people are less likely to receive their steelbooks the way you have.

mine arrived this morning, intact "package", no visible dings/dents/scratches, but then i removed the j-card, looked at the back and booooom…

I attached pics & asked for a nice % of refund to keep it, ohhhhh damn i'm so excited to start again the refund game

so sad it isn't mint, it's a really nice steelbook anyway

UK very strange delivery times to Rep of Ireland sometimes I get delivery in 3-4 working days then it can be anything from 5-10 working days for items shipped on the same day

2 copies for me, one with a dent on the upper front (will claim for a full refund, as i am sick of the poor zavvi packaging and their partial refund tactics),

second copy looked mint, but has a paint chip that was hidden under the j-card.
maybe i will accept a partial refund for this one (as it's out of stock now)...

but damn you zavvi, you will ruin your own business with the new cardboard packaging.

Mine finally arrived today. The only 30/June Steelbook to get to me so far. No dents surprisingly, but it's covered in tiny paint chips front and back. Looks like others have the same problem as well. Quality control really messed up on this one.

I returned my damaged copy on Monday and was promised a replacement, but I notice it's sold out on their site since then. Obviously I'll be pretty gutted if they're unable to send me another copy, but as long as I get a full refund, then I guess I can't be too annoyed.

I also received Robin Hood 2 days ago, another one still hasn't arrived yet.

Alice in Wonderland arrived today without having been hit by customs.
But with some paint missing at the edges. Seems to be a manufacturing error.

I just want my Robin Hood. I sent them an e-mail three days ago and no reply. Very poor customer service. At least I got this one with a very tiny scratch on the replacement. The original was covered in scratches and paint chips

Got a Zavvi envelope in the mail today. Really excited, expecting it to be Robin Hood. Open it up and... Alice again?! I really hope they didn't send me Alice twice instead of Robin Hood...

Like my first copy, it's got a bunch of paint chips, but nowhere near as many. I think I'm gonna give up on a mint one of these because getting two imperfect copies in a row isn't a good sign.

Strangely, Zavvi has put this up £1 - now showing at £20.99 - all the others remain the same, I wonder if this will be the price for future releases or zavvi cashing a bit extra in for on the low stock remaining.
