This is happening every 5 minutes not to mention I've never seen anyone on here say they're going to cancel. How are there this many to go back on sale and why not just leave it until release date.

Cancellations.

I'm sure if they charged you right away, we wouldn't be seeing these constantly selling out and re-appearing.

I think this is a much better way to do it. Multiple chances to place an order over a few months is better than one chance just after the release date.

That is true. When you consider the amount of Steelbooks being released in February, it doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to think that some have had to prioritise and cancel some of their pre-orders. Zavvi may also be going through orders and cancelling those with multiple copies as they promised.

This was the straw that broke the Camels back for me.
I am quite a keen Disney collector and have multiple copies of the same film mainly with the slipcovers some US and some UK.
I had started collecting the Disney & Pixar steels but have cancelled all the catalog releases other than Wreck it Ralph.

Zavvi have overloaded Jan and Feb with too many releases. It is just to many for us mere mortals.

After the lacklustre MU steelbook I would want to see proper pictures of the release before dipping in my pocket

Do you mean if your order contains 2 or more copies of the same steel Zavvi might cancel the order?

What has happened with the Disney steelbooks is last time there was a 10% discount code that worked when put back on sale

A lot of buyers cancelled there original orders and re ordered using the discount code

So there would have been some original cancelled orders still available

With Release date not till Feb/March there will still be a few more cancelled orders to happen due to declined credit/debit cards and other reasons
