i'll just return it to be safe...if that's the glue then this one had tons of it because it feels like big solid worm!
I was too busy looking out for scratches and dents and forgot to run my fingers for these things!
update:...anyways, I went back and they were all like that some are just worst than others...so be careful when you pick them up especially if you plan to keep them sealed...cheers!

Don't worry, it's the glue. They are not using the sticky stuff on these releases but something more solid - and easier to remove.
wow...i got it today, this is such a hot steelbook, the picture doesn't really reflect the real metal color ...it's really awesome

it can be quite challenging to capture the metallic surface.
the steelbook is pretty.
the art work is printed over a silver background which appears usually as dirty white on most pictures.
it's one of those...'you gotta see it to apreciate it even more'

got mine today, along with others, from inetvideo via ebay. these guys don't know how to pack a steelbook. they put in a cardboard, cut to fit the size of the steelbook and stuffed it in there. no bubble wrap. luckily, the steelbook survived.
