With respect, the colour of this steelbook was called into question by a couple of members calling it grey and if you could be bothered to exercise your literacy skills by reading some of the previous posts you will see why I messaged Scanavo.
I have always called it white or expressed an opinion that it would be white so when people feel it's grey it's time to go to the source to get confirmation of the colour used.

I was always going to buy this steelbook no matter the artwork used as the film is a nostalgic trip down memory lane of a particular era for me.
The fact that it is a very nice steelbook is a bonus for me and I'd just like to offer a big "Thank you" to all concerned for finally releasing it

EDIT 2/11: Message received from Scanavo's International Sales Manager re: background colouring of their "American Psycho" steelbook:-
"Hi Nicholas,
It is true that it's not as white as "Ex_Machina" - but I would also say that it is a shade of white.

Ah, yes, Haven't watched the film in a while so didn't place the business card colour reference in your post . . .
So if the steelbook colour was deliberately planned to match the colour of the business cards it is then one of four colours:-
1) Off-white
2) Bone
3) Eggshell
4) Pale Nimbus White
All four are Vice-Presidents !?
