I hear they like closing people's accounts if you receive too many damaged items though, as they probably assume people actually do what you said... something I'd never purposely do FYI.

I pretty much went with the same angle, since it's the best way to show the damage. The dent isn't actually that deep, so it's hard to pick up on camera (especially as the steel is glossy and therefore quite reflective), but it's very noticeable in hand. Thing is, I'm usually not even that picky with steels, so those paint chips I would've just filled in with a sharpie... it's the dent that I can't accept.
